I love Canada. Because our dollar is par with the US, our Canadian companies are hosting Black Friday/weekend sales to keep us shopping locally! I wasn't planning on going to the US this weekend for the mega deals, but I have definetely taken advantage of the deals here at home! Some friends and I visited Old Navy this evening, and I made the following purchases:

How Many Sworovski's Are Too Many?

We are having a work Christmas party in December, and I am pretty excited about it! I have been looking through my closet for a dress to wear, and wondering if I need to buy a new one. I found this dress which I wore last New Year's, but no one at the company knows that :) I will add my string of Sworovski's and matching custom earrings.

Fa La La La La...La La La Laaaa

I am finally getting into the Christmas spirit. I did my first bit of Christmas shopping today and am ready to go back out tomorrow. I normally would have started earlier, but I have been drawing a blank on what to get people this year. What do you buy people that have everything? But I guess they are probably thinking the same thing about me lol.

I was downtown in the cold for a lot of today, so I'm glad to be bundled-up and ttoasty here in my room. I had a great 2 days with friends, but am looking forward to a gym date and shopping solo tomorrow. When I shop with others, I always feel pressured to move quicker. I never want to hold anyone up if I am looking at something. Here was an out-and-about outfit for the day: Cold wind makes me sleepy, so I'm off to bed. Have a great night :)

I'll Be Bullet Proof

I have survived yet another long week of work. It has been stressful, but I did get a pat on the back today from my boss for showing initiative. That was a rare and very appreciated compliment after a stress filled morning.

I am having computer problems yet again, so was only able to upload this one photo. This is my Thursday work outfit.

My Return

Hello all. Thank you for the inqueries and the kind words that you have sent me. After about a month of dealing with personal issues and keeping myself busy, it finally feels ok to smile again and to finally continue blogging. Blogging is something that I have enjoyed for the past 2 years, and am happy to start again.
