Christina's Coming Out

I have been seeing Christina Aguilera in the news quite a bit lately...talking about nudity at home around her child and about her new album which is supposed to be even sexier... I don't know how you get more sexy than the Dirty video where she was wearing buttless chaps and thrashing around in water, but she will try. Does anyone else think that we are on the edge of a massive publicity stunt to come? Christina has been out of the public eye for a while now, and I think she is going to try to burst back into the light. She made an attempt with her last album and changing her look to be very Lady Gaga-esque. I don't know about anyone else, but I have always loved her old Hollywood glam days and think that no one pulls that look off better than her.

Kiln-made Coasters

I mentioned a long while ago that I had taken stained glass lessons from the ladies down the street,. They also do something call glass melting where you can fire glass and then slump it into a mold of a bowl or whatever you want. Well, my father has had a pottery kiln in the shed for longer than I have been alive, so I wanted to attempt a glass melting experiment. I decided on coasters because I think they must be the easiest thing to make. Here is how they turned out:

I wanted to try my hand at painting an animal, so I chose a lion. This is the finished product.

I picked this dress up this past summer. I have only worn it once. There is ALOT of material, I think there is a little much for my short frame. Thoughts? Do I love or leave it?

Evan Biddel T.O Fashion Week Expose

When I heard that Evan Biddell walked the Bustle runway in Toronto along with Jeanne Becker, I thought "awesome! I love him, I have to see those pictures." When I heard he did a crotch grab at the end of the runway, I thought laughing "oh Evan, always the standout comic" However, when I saw the photo, my laughter turned to disgust. This is not just a Michael Jackson crotch grab, this is a double handed junk thrust which was a little much for me. Call me picky, but I thought it was a little vulgar. I still love ya Biddell, but...what were you thinking? One hand just isn't enough?

A Blaze

Happy Easter everyone!

I hope you are having a good one, I know I am. I was down visiting all of my family today whom I haven't seen since Christmas. We all get together about 4 times a year, and every time it is really special.

In other news, here is a blazer I picked up on Thursday. It feels so luxurious, but the fabric is going to wrinkle like a mofo. This was my outfit right before the temperature hit 25*C that day and I had to take it off. The weather has been in the high teens and low twenties ever since, meaning I don't have anywhere to wear it. I guess I will tuck it away for the fall or a cool outdoor night party.
